Penny won. _ Penny (Mrs. Brian T.) Reiter began riding three months ago when her car broke down. It’s since been fixed, but Yesterday Penny Reiter, 256 W. Market St., Marietta, stepped off the 8:10 Columbia RRTA bus in Lancaster and was handed 24 red roses and a year's free bus riding pass by Earl Popp and Derrick Stephenson, RRTA Board members. Why? Mrs. Reiter was picked as the she had stayed with the bus because of its convenience. Mrs. Reiter works as an employment interviewer for the Bureau of Employ- ment Security in downtown Lancaster. Traffic light installed on 441 The new light at Routes 441 and 743 near Marietta was put up last week, to handle the large traffic volume from the Armstrong plants. So far, there has been only one \ accident at the new light, to our knowledge.
