After the invocation by Arthur Braun, cake and coffee was served. President Joe Shaeffer then presented Sandy Heisey, who gave a ~ very delightful program of songs in keeping with Valentines Day. There were a few religious songs, and most of the songs were old familiar songs, giving the members an opportunity to sing along with Sandy, making it a very enjoyable program. Following the entertain- ment, President Shaeffer called the business meeting to order with the pledge of allegiance to the flag. Tressa Heisey presented the secretary's report and the treasurer’s report was presented by Almeda Hos- tetter. The birthday and anniversary songs were sung. Among those cele- brating anniversaries, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Stauffer were celebrating their S0th wedding anniversary. Lena Eshleman of the Sunshine Committee re- ported 15 cards sent to the shut-ins. Mr. Frank LeVan announced he would assist members with their income tax forms or their rent rebate forms. President Shaeffer announced he had a supply of the Rent and Tax Rebate Forms available for members. Two bus trips were planned. The first one would be the flower show in Philadelphia and to Plymouth Shopping Center, scheduled for March 22. There are a few vacancies for this trip. The second trip planned is to the Hershey Theater, Wednes- day April 11 to see the stage show Pennsylvania USA. There are a few vacancies on this trip.
