They will perform The Incarnate Word by Robert Elmore and Robert B. Reed, a pageant for Christmastide. The cast of players are: Mary, Joseph, and Baby— and Melissa Wolgemuth; Shepherds— Phil Bixler and Dale Bowers; Kings—Lester Billet, Dick Hamilton, and Herb Wilson; and the Sue, Jeff, Angel—Ellen Graham. The choir is under the direction of Mrs. Terry Millard. The public is cordially invited to attend. Christmas Eve at St. Mark’s St. Mark’s . Church in Mount Joy will observe Christmas with two special services. The 7:30 PM service will feature the three choirs of the church: the Cherub and Celestial Choirs under the direction of Mrs. Michael Baley, and the Chancel Choir under the direction of Mr. Leonard Smith. Mrs. William Parrish is the organist. The Chancel Choir will sing ‘“The Christmas Trib- ute’”” and the ‘Alleluia Chorus’’ from Handel's Messiah. The service will conclude with the tradition- streamers and banners, a story-teller played by Susan Laubach, and a monk por- trayed by Stephen Smith. The service will include a brass ensemble and carol singing. The cherub Choir will sing ‘‘God’s Best Gift”’ and ‘Shepherd, Shepherd” and the Carol Choir will sing “Go Tell It On the Mountain.’”” ‘‘O Who's That Yonder?’’ will be sung by the Chancel Choir. al candlelighting experience. The service at 11:00 PM will provide a time for reflection and meditation. Music will be provided by the Wesley Singers, a vocal solo by Mrs. Roy Armold, and a flute solo by Ellen Endslow. A dramatic pre- sentation will be given by Miss Sharon Givler as she anticipates the birth of Christ. Both services will include the traditional candlelighting ceremony.
