etta Senior League last
week at Mr. Lacy’s Lounge
along the Rte. 441 bypass,
Marietta.
The sixty-odd members
and guests present that

The Senior Leaguers
sang ‘‘Happy Birthday’ to
three people who had one
this month: Mrs. Rhobie
Grove, Mrs. Winnefred
Buell, and Mr. Robert
Berghaus. The fiftieth
wedding anniversary of Mr.
and Mrs. John Hank was
announced.
Mrs. Elizabeth Miley,
one of the League’s oldest
members, is a patient in
Columbia Hospital at the
moment.
Each member brought a
gift for shut-ins in the
Marietta area, and poin-
settias will be presented
people in hospitals and
nursing homes.
