These members will take office in 1979: Joan Baker, Gail Houck, John Griffith and Edward Smith. Persons whose terms expire this year are: Michael Myers, James Council Reider, Russel Shirk and Arthur Seigler. Council men with one and two Dr. lois C. Miller, Associate General Secre- tary of the Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church, will be the guest speaker at the annual Thankoffering Ser- vice of Glossbrenner United Methodist Church, Mount Joy, on Sunday, November 26, 9:30 a.m. Ther service will be conducted by more years to serve are: Margaret Haas, Miriam Nell, Ralph Walters, Sam Zuch, James Baker, Hiram Mowrer, Vincent Ruby and Larry Stout. The budget was adopted as presented and the new order of service was accepted. The dinner was prepared by the women of the church with the men completing the clean-up. The speaker wil be Nathan Showalter, newly appointed associate pastor of the Mount Joy Mennonite Church. Special music will be provided by the Motet of the Mennonite Church. A cordial invitation to attend is extended to all.
