She has worked as a junior guide at Wheatland and as a lifeguard at Mount Joy Lions’ Club Pool. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Amos A. Bricker of RD2 Mount Joy. Dean is strong in science and plans to work as a scientist some day. He participated in the Youth Scholars program at Leba- non Valley College, in Chemistry. He worked at the Penn State research farm this last summer. Dean attends Grace Bap- tist Church in Lancaster, and is a third of ‘‘The trumpeteers’’—three trum- pet players. His activities at DHS have included: Science Fair club 10-12 Science Fair winner 9-11 marching and concert bands 9-12 stage band 9-12 pep band 9-12 band vice president 12 county band 11 National Honor Society 11 Senior class play senior executive committee tennis 9-12 Local people help organize farm show in Park City Last week saw the grand opening of the Lancaster County Farmer's Associa- tion exhibition of farm life, farming techniques, and farm equipment in Park City. Opened by a ribbon -cutting ceremony with Lancaster mayor Richard Scott, it will continue till Saturday. This exhibit is a big production; we can't list everything that will be there. Many local people have helped out with the exhibit. Some of them are shown in the photo above.
