Donegal plans to partici- pate in the Lancaster Pa. School Employee Service Sub Teacher registry in 1978-79. * Donegal will be one of five districts planning pilot program participation in 1978-79. (Columbia, Pe- quea Valley, Manheim Central and Manheim Twp are also planning to participate.) The school will still maintain its own approved sub list, and pay subs at its rate and terms. Lancaster PSES will maintain a 24 hour call system, and notify the buildings of subs assigned daily. Names can be added or removed from the district list at any time. The PSES will keep a list of sub assignments and rejections in theses five districts to reduce eligibility for unem- ployment compensation claims. This should reduce costs in this area, as well as enable schools to obtain certificated subs in all areas.
