At a meeting to be held
on Thursday, June 15, 1978
at the Washington Elemen-
tary School, the Board of
Directors of Donegal School
District will act on a Resol-
ution (of which this notice
is a summary) authorizing
the issuance of and
awarding its $200,000.00,
principal amount, general
obligation note, at a private
sale to National Central
Bank. If enacted, the
Resolution will award the
note to National Central
Bank, approve the form of’
the note, fix the rate of
interest to be paid, pledge
the full faith and credit of
the School District for the
payment thereof, create a
sinking fund and authorize
the proper officers to take
the necessary steps to issue
the note. The funds to be
obtained. from the borrow-
ing will be used for reim-
bursement for the following
purposes: to finance the
partial replacement of the
roof on the high school and
to finance the purchase of a
new boiler and replacement
of the complete heating
system at the junior high
school; and all costs
incurred in the issuance of
the note.

holding a Strawberry Festi-
val on June 10th, noon to
9:00, at the school. Besides
stawberries, there will be
food, games, prizes, and
“white elephants.”” There

at day’s end. Bingo starts
at 6:00. Rain date is June
