Beahm Jr. High School Chorus and Band will present a Spring Concert on May 12 at 7:30PM. Chorus selections include “You Light Up My Life”, “Fiddler on the Roof’, and ‘““Movin’ On.’”’ The Band will play such numbers as: “At the Summit March”, ‘““Evergreen’’, and an “‘El- vis Medley.”’ Choral students who will be featured are: Lonnie Earhart, Dawn Tamkin, Ellen Endslow, Shelli Schwert, Suzanne Greiner, Nancy Brubaker and Tina Palmer. We are also fortunate to include Sally Garber form Elizabethtown College, as the violinist for ‘“Fiddler on the Roof.”’ Some Band members that will be featured through a trumpet trio are: Laurie Miller, Phil Peters and Mike Jones. Directors are: Mrs. Ansell, Miss Artz (student teacher), and Mr. Leib. On April 26, 1978 the W.1. Beahm Junior High School Band provided mus- ic for the opening of the Special Olympics at Man- heim Township Field. The band marched onto the field and then performed several musical selections as the special olympic participants marched a- round the track prior to the olympic events.
