The Norlanco Club Hockey Team will begin its fifth season of play with an important meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 1978 at 7:00 PM in the Home Economics room of the W.1. Beahm Junior High School, Mount Joy, Pa. Last year’s team mem- bers are urged to continue their support by attending this meeting. Prospective members are reminded that club hockey is an oppor- tunity for women who are beyond high school age and are not presently playing on a college team to continue playing hockey. The Mount Joy/E-town group of La Leche League will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, May 11th, at Norlanco Family Health Center. The topic of discussion will be ‘‘Advantages of Breastfeeding to Mother and Baby.” Everyone is invited to attend who is interested. For more information, call Players from the Elizabeth- town, Manheim, Marietta, Maytown, Columbia, and Mount Joy areas are welcome to participate. The club’s home field is Donegal High School where games are played on Saturdays and Sundays beginning in September. Presently, there are ap- proximately eight club teams in the counties of Lancaster, Lebanon, York. and Berks which have formed the Women’s Inter- county Hockey League. One of the highlights of last year’s season was the first annual presentation of the most valuable player awards to five players from . local high schools.
