Donegal chorus presents cantata The Donegal High School Chorus, under the direction of Mrs. RoAnn Lau, will present the cantata,Alleluia, by Bill and Gloria Gaither and Ronn Huff on Sunday evening, April 30, at Trinity Lutheran Church. Narrator for the cantata is Donald Kelly. Soloists are Wayne Mylin, James Johnson, Rebecca Zimmer- man, Tamara Duke, Floyd Runkle, Margaret Endslow, Joi Shearer and Debra Torres. Debra’s solo is accompanied by a trio of singers, Floyd Runkle, Jolene Lindemuth and Patrick Kenney. The Cantata will be presented at Trinity Luth- eran Church at 7:30, April 30 and is sponsored by the Triniteens. Following the Cantata, refreshments will be served in the Fellowship Hall. Mount Joy planning commission The proposed agenda for the Mount Joy Planning Commission meeting at 7:30 on Thursday, April 27, at the Borough Office, is as follows: 1. Chairmen named for horse show Chairpersons have been appointed for the 30th Annual Lions Club Horse Show to be held in Memorial Park in Marietta on Sunday, May 7th, starting at noon. Charles V. Adams of Manheim will manage the show. Lions in charge are Martin Byers and Pat Kenney, Jr. (Pat will also assist at the stands and arrange the program). Others standing at the stands will be Rick Umben- hauer, Richard McKain, and Richard Smedley. Robert Spangler, Banks Wagner, and John Kramer will be ring men. Paul Snyder has been put in charge of the re- freshments. His committee is Elmer Appley, LeRoy Appley, Joseph Gilmartin, Mike Mihajlov, Ben Thom- pson, and Ron Perry.
