Snow fort These kids in Mount Joy built an elaborate snow fort last week. It features four-foot walls built up of blocks and no less than three tunnels into the fort, dug through solid snow. All the kids pictured worked on the fort jointly. Now all they need is an enemy and some snowballs to throw. when the action starts. Standing inside the fort [and behind the lamp post] are, on the left, Steve Ginder, and on the right, Alan Bubacz. On the far left, coming out of a tannel, is Eric Lutz, and sitting on the embankment just to his right is Jessica Lutz. Leaning against the lamp post is John Ginder, holding an improvised snow hatchet [used to cut wall blocks]. On his left are Jerome Lutz and Anne Ginder; Gomer looks out for attacking forces. At the very bottom, coming out from tunnel #2, is Eric Bubacz. The photo was taken in front of the Ginder’s residence. ® 79 E. Main St., Mount Joy Telephone (717) 653-2762 Stop in while shopping...
