DHS’s Girl of the Month
is Tamara Sue Duke,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Jere Duke of 750 E. Main
St., Mount Joy.

Tamara, who is in the
academic course, has taken
part in the following activi-
ties:
Pinochle club, booster
club, German club, Lan-
guage Banquet, play com-
mittees, chorus, band,
hockey, varsity club, soc-
cerettes, tennis, Donegal
Indians, and ways and
means. She was listed in
Who’s Who Among High
School Students.
Outside of school, she
is a member of the Trinity
Lutheran Church, president
of the church youth group,
a choir member, Sunday
School teacher, layreader,
and Bible School teacher.
She enjoys reading, baking,
and cooking.
Tamara plans to attend
Gannon College for studies
in social work.

the son of Mr. and Mrs.
James V. Kinsey, 557 No.
Angle St., Mount Joy.
Among Rick’s activities
at Donegal have been:
dramatics club, president
of art majors club, back-
stage man for class plays,
Rotary leaders camp, and
art shows — he won 2nd
place once,
another.
Out of the class room.
Rick is the captain of the
Mount Joy Swim Team, as
well as Most Improved and
Most Outstanding swim-
mer. He placed in the
divisional championships.
He is a member of
Trinity Lutheran Church.
His hobbies are winter
sports and horse riding.
Rick has worked as a life
guard at the Mount Joy
pool and Kinsey’s Archery
Products. He plans to
attend E-town College to
study business administra-
tion.
