PUBLIC NOTICE OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES COSTS
The Mount Joy Borough Authority proposes to construct additions and alterations to
its wastewater treatment plant. Construction is expected to begin late in 1978 and
operation of the new facilities is éxpected to begin by the fall of 1980.
Funding for this project will be requested from the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency. In accordance with Federal policies concerning public disclosure, the following
costs are presented for public scrutiny prior to award of the Federal grant.
