Hei- sey, 91, formerly of Mount Joy, died Monday morning in the United Zion Home, Lititz, where she was a guest for almost four years. Born in West Donegal Township, she was the daughter of the late Christian and Mary Eber- sole Brill. She was the widow of John G. Heisey, who died in 1950. She was a member of the United Zion Church of Elizabethtown. She is survived by seven children: Walter, Eliza- bethtown; ~ Elizabeth, wife of Andrew Bruckart, Lititz R2; Martin, Elizabethtown R4; Dorothy, wife of Elmer Lynn, Bainbridge; Martha, wife of Samuel Long, Mount Gretna; Benjamin, Bainbridge R1;l1 and Mrs. Emma Henry, Elizabeth- town R1. Twenty grand- children, 43 great-grand- children and two great- great-grandchildren also survive. Also surviving is a half-sister, Mrs. Annie Brill, of the Mennonite Home, Lancaster. MRS. RUSSELL MCKAIN Mrs. Janet Elizabeth McKain, S59, of SO Delta St., Mount Joy, died Tuesday night at St. Joseph Hospital after an illness of one month. She was the widow of Russell M. McKain. A lifelong resident of Mount Joy, she was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church. Born in Mount Joy, she was a daughter of the late Paul E. and Ella Chandler Smith. She is survived by two daughters, Rebecca, wife of Jay Ginder, Manheim R4, and Priscilla McKain, at home; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one brother, Donald Smith, Alexandria, Va. EDWARD G. BROCK Edward G. Brock, 70, of 528 E. Front St., Marietta, died Saturday at Osteo- pathic Hospital after an illness of one month. He was the husband of Cora M. Ressler. Born in Columbia R1, he was a son of the late Pliney and Bertha Geltmacher Brock. He was employed at the ITT Grinnell plant in Columbia before retiring in 1972. He was a member of the Marietta Beneficial Asso- ciation. Surviving, in addition to his widow, are two daugh- ters; Margeurite, wife of George Sharp, Welling- boro, N.J., and Janet M., wife of Thomas McGlynn, Rivermoor Apartments, Marietta; three sons: Ed- ward I. Brock, Jr., Mari- etta; Clarence E. Brock, Phoenix, Ariz., and Barry L. Brock, Lancaster; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. ELLA S. RINEHART Mrs. Ella S. Rinehart, 88, of Lehman Nursing Home, Rheems, died at the home Sunday at 10:00 AM. Born in Mount Joy, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Ellen Smith Smeltzer. She was the widow of Abraham SS. Rinehart, who died in 1960. She had been a life-long resident of Mount Joy and slotless track, jump en. Smith, a retired engineer with the state Department of Transporta- tion, and a former resident of Bainbridge, died Wed- nesday at Stanford Univer- sity Medical Center, Palo Alto, Calif., following an illness of several months. Smith was 78 and lived in San Francisco, Calif. He was the husband of Lucille S. Smith. He was a former member of Bainbridge Water Authority and Bain- bridge Cemetery Associa- tion. A graduate of Lafayette College, Easton, Smith also was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Born in Bainbridge, he was a son of the late Ira Scott Smith and Lois Schum Smith. Beside his widow, he is survived by one son, Edwin S. Smith, Jr., San Francis- co, and three grandchil- dren.
