He invites everyone from this area to attend this unique offering of sacred music. The concert will begin at 4:00 PM. Barbara Thome Bagri, Mount Joy’s own classical and operatic singer, will perform with Dr. David E. Schlosser on October 16th at St. Luke’s Episcopal in Mount Joy. The concert will consist of sacred music by a variety of composers ranging from Bach to Mozart to more recent writers. Mrs. Bagri has perform- ed professionally all over Europe and the U.S. in concert halls and churches. Dr. Schlosser, besides being a physician, is organist at St. Luke’s. The concert will be divided into two parts, one representing the old testa- Youth Night On Sunday, October 16 Youth Night will be held at the Congregational Bible Church on Route 441 in Marietta. From 7 to 8 p.m. the regular evening service will be held. It will feature creative special music by the church’s youth group and a message from the Bible (‘‘He is Lord’’) by youth pastor, Gary Newton. From 8:15 to 10 p.m. a program entitled ‘‘Just Music’ will be presented. This will be a contemporary youth worship experience featuring the church’s own musical talent and special guest talent too.
