to host guest pastors
Glossbrenner United
Methodist Church will
share in a fall preaching
mission, Sunday through
Wednesday, Sept. 18 to
21. The theme is *‘‘The
Power of Prayer.’’ Ser-
vices will be held Sunday
morning at 9:30 and
nightly at 7:30.
Guest pastors will be
the Rev. W. Gary Epler,
on Sunday evening, and
Rev. Robert Kettering of
the Florin Church of the
Brethren on Monday
evening. Rev. Epler is a
ministerial son of Gloss-
brenner Church.
Father Michael of St.
Mary’s in Marietta will
also speak on Tuesday,
and Rev. Roger Colvin of
St. Mark's will conclude
the series on Wednesday.
Music will be provided
by persons from the re-
spective congregations.
Another feature of the
mission is a carry-in sup-
per on Sunday the 18th
at 5:30 PM in the Fel-
lowship Hall.
