From now on, they will prosecute for auto-type of- fenses like running a stop sign, riding on the left side of a road, or reckless driving. Riding on side- walks is also prohibited. These changes are part of the new State motor code. Parents of juvenile bike offenders will be held responsible. Firt-time ju- venile offenders will be warned, and prosecuted the second time. This will cost the parents $20.00. Marietta police also hope to push registration of bikes.
