The poster contest was judged by Miss Sue Baker, special reading instructor, and by Mrs. Joseph Gilmartin, with assistance from Mrs. Cheryl Wise, art instructor. Wiley entered the in- surance business in 1949 as a salesman and in 1963 began the Wiley Insurance Agency in Mount Joy. He has served as Pres- ident of the Lancaster County Insurance Agents Association and as Presi- dent of the Insurance Fire Mark Society and serves on the Board of Directors of the Old Guard Mutual Insurance Company and the Mutual Insurance Edu- cation Foundation. He earned ‘his Certified In- surance Counselor nation in 1976. Active in various com- munity activities, he is a past president of the Mount Joy Chamber of Commerce and active in the United Methodist Church where he serves on the official Board and Finance Committee. desig- He will compete for the Nationa!
