The board also learned that Donegal had been chosen as an alternate district in the state’s plan- ned ‘‘Project 81’—a five year program develop conpetency education in 12 pilot school systems, in- cluding the School District of Lancaster. Linda Boozer was named liaison for Project 81 activities in the Donegal District. The board gave permis- sion to advertise this spring to applicants for District Census Taker. Names should be submitted to the district Office by February 11, 1977. Compensation is 15c a name and 12¢ a mile the same as last year. The district added 1194 new names in 1976 census. There are now 12,796 names.
