Lamar L. Libhart
Lamar L. Libhart of
Marietta, has been appoin-
ted Administrator of the
Facitlities and Gran.s Man-
agement Section, effective
September 14, 1976, BVR
Director John A. Hagan
has announced. Mr. Lib-
hart is the son of Mrs.
John H. Libhart of Mari-
etta.
In his new position Mr.
Libhart coordinates and
supervises the activities of
the section and is responsi-
ble for establishing and
enforcing standards for
facilities providing services
to BVR clients. Mr. Libhart
was previously Bureau
Training Officer with re-
sponsibility for personnel
training and staff develop-
ment.
He began his career with
the Bureau in November

Lamar Libhart promoted at BYR
1965, as a Rehabilitation
Counselor in the Lancaster
area. Promoted to Rehabil-
itation Supervisor in May,
1968, he served in the
Harrisburg District Office
until December, 1970 when
he entered the Bureau's
Training Section as Assis-
tant Training Officer.
Mr. Libhart received a
B.S. degree in Social Sci-
ence from Millersville State
College in 1964 and an M.
Ed. in 1969. He is a
member of the National
Rehabilitation Association.
Married to the former
Marie Bryson of Columbia,
Mr. Libhart resides in
Harrisburg with his wife
and two sons, Stephen, 1
and David, 2.
