BOROUGH OF MARI-
ETTA, PENNSYLVANIA
FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1977
BE IT ENACTED AND
ORDAINED by the Bor-
ough Council of the Bor-
ough of Marietta, Lancaster
County, Pennsylvania, and
it is hereby enacted and
ordained as follows:
SECTION 1. That a tax
be and the same is hereby
levied on all real property
within the said Borough of
Marietta subject to taxation
for Borough purposes for
the fiscal year 1977 as
follows: The tax rate for
general Borough purposes,
the sum of Nineteen (19)
mills on each dollar. of
assessed valuations.
SECTION 11. This Ordin-
ance shall become effective
when advertised as requir-
ed by law.
