Stotz took place on October 9, 1976 at 11:00 a.m., at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Mount Joy with the Canon Donald M. Whitesel and the Rev. Calvin C. Rex officiating ministers. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Arndt, 831 Wood Street, Mount Joy, and graduated from Donegal High School in 1976. She is employed by Weis Markets, Mount Joy. The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Irene Stotz and Police plan program on legal & emotional help for rape victims Mount Joy Boro Police, along with the Lancaster Rape Aid and Prevention group, will present an in- formative program at the Seiler School auditorium, South Barbara Street, Mount Joy, Thursday, Oct- ober 21, promptly at 7 p-m., to 9 p.m. Rape Aid and Prevention is a non-profit corporation providing counseling and other services to rape victims. Under the direction of Elaine Miller-Jones, the organization has assisted approximately 18 persons and their families during the last three months and nearly 100 persons since its organization. Speakers will be: Jan Myers, ‘‘Changing Attitudes Towards Rape.” Ms. Myers is co-founder of Lancaster Rape Aid and Prevention. She is a gradu- ate of Elizabethtown Col- lege and is an author and editor for Continental Press. William W, Boyd, ’ “Legal Aspects of Rape.’ Mr. Boyd, a Lancaster attorney, has acted as legal counsel for Rape Aid and Prevention. He is a 1970 graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and re- ceived his law degree from New York University. Ronald Savage, ‘‘The Police Perspective on Rape.’’ Detective Savage is a member of the Manheim Township Police Depart- ment. He is the first local policeman to become in- volved with the Rape Aid and Prevention group and has attended seminars on the investigation and hand- ling of crimes of sexual assaults. Dr. Frank M. Krakowski, “Physical and Emotional Care of Rape Victim.” Dr. Krakowski is Director of Ambulatory Services at St. Joseph Hospital, Lancaster. He is a graduate of LaSalle College and received his medical degree from Uni- versity of PA. Dr. Krakow- ski has taught classes of police and firemen in the handling of injured per- sons. Given in marriage by her parents, the bride choose a sheer organza bridal gown with venise lace trim and re-embroidered alencon lace. the lavishly adorned bodice featured a high neckline of pearl studded re-embroidered alencon and an adorned sheer yoke. The long, full sheer sleeves were accented by venise lace and alencon lace appliques and ended in tight fitting cuffs of venise lace edging. The A-line skirt fell from an empire waistline and featured a. sheer venise lace trimmed flounce onto a full chapel length train. A finger tip mantilla of venise lace and tiny seed pearls completed the bridal picture. Joni Shrum of Mount Joy was maid of honor.
