CHURCH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED AND
ENACTED by the Borough
Council of the Borough of
Mount Joy, Lancaster
County, Pennsylvania, and
it is hereby ordained and
enacted by the authority of
the same as follows:
WHEREAS, the majority
of the abutting property
owners along Cherry Alley
from West Main Street to
Church Street (Eleanor
Zielke and Henry Myers)
do hereby petition the
Borough Council to vacate
the particular portion of the
unopened alley; and
WHEREAS after due
public hearing as pre-
scribed by law, it has been
determined by the Borough
Council of the Borough of
Mount Joy that it is in the

PENNSYLVANIA, ADDING TO OR AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 334, OF JUNE 8, |
1970, AS AMENDED, REGULATING TRAFFIC AND PARKING WITHIN THE
BOROUGH, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS AND RE:EALING CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF PRIOR ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the Borough Council of the Borough of Mount
Joy, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by authority,
of the same as follows:
Section 1. Article II, Section 6, of Ordinance No. 334 is amended by adding the|

establishing the following weight limits on certain bridges and providing penalties for
vehicles that exceed the posted limits:

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle over the aforementioned

sentenced to pay a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or more than Two Hundred
Dollars ($200.00) and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such fine and
costs, to imprisonment for not more than ten (10) days.
