Kathie Bromer weds Art Guyton
The bride was attended
by a matron of honor, Mrs.
Richard S. Bromer, Mari-
etta, sister-in-law of the
bride.
Amanda Swab, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Robert
Swab, Maytown, was the
flower girl.
William Jenkins of Lan-
caster served as best man.
The bride, given in
marriage by her parents,
wore a sleeveless gown of
white satin jersey, gathered
at the neckline and waist.
She carried a cascade bou-
quet of gardenias, stephin-
otis and ivy.
The matron of honor and
the flower girl wore coor-
dinated floor length dresses
of flowered chintz.
The Brandenburg Con-
certos by J.S. Bach and
‘‘Baroque Trumpets’’ were
played during the cere-
mony.
A reception followed at
the wedding site and musi-
cal entertainment was pro-
vided by the ‘‘Krauts in
’ Exile.”’
i After a wedding trip to
. - i : Nova Scotia, the couple
plan to live in Marietta.
Katherine attended
Millersville State College
and Lebanon Valley Col-
lege. She is employed by
the Susquehanna Times.
Arthur graduated from
Millersville State College
and Conestoga Valley High
School.
Kathie Bromer Guyton
were married Saturday at
the home of the bride’s
parents. The double ring
ceremony took place at 4
p.m. The officiating minis-
ter was Robert Gast.
