LISHING AN ADDITIONAL
PARKING METER ZONE
ON PROPERTY LOCATED
ALONG THE NORTH SIDE
OF APPLE TREE ALLEY IN
THE BOROUGH OF
MOUNT JOY.
BE IT ORDAINED AND
ENACTED by the Borough
Council of the Borough of
Joy, Lancaster
County, Pennsylvania and it
is hereby ordained and
enacted as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of the
ordinance enacted June 2,
1952, as amended, is hereby
amended to add as an
additional two (2) hour
parking meter zone a
portion of a tract of land
located along the North side
of Apple Tree Alley that is
currently being leased to the
Borough by Rollman Manu-
facturing Company. The
portion of said tract of land
which is to be added as a
two (2) hour parking meter
zone shall be marked and
shall have a parking meter
placed thereon.
Section 2. This ordinance
shall become effective on
April 12th, 1976.
