February 4 at Hostetter’s,
were entertained by Rev.
and Mrs. Elbert Smith, whe
sang love songs and hymns,
accompanied by Betty
Rewe. Mrs. Esther Neyer,
Mecunt Joy, displayed a wide
assortment of antiques and
gave the group advice on the
purchase of such treasures.
Mrs. Doris Gates of Leba-
nen, spoke of the impact
Jesus Christ made con her
life.
Yvenne Miller, new
decorations chairman, was
intreduced. Prizes were won
by Mrs. Bessie Hayles,
Gladys Holstein, and Mary
Peters.
Anna Forrey, club chair-
man, enccuraged members
to plan to spend April 6th at
the Sheraten-Cenestoga Vil-
lage, where Mini Jane
Jehnsten will conduct a Day
of Inspiraticn. Ms. Johnston
is a recognized writer and
speaker on Christian life and
work. She will speak at
morning and afternoon ses-
sions.
Next get-together will be
a Prayer Coffee scheduled
for February 18 at 9:30 at
the home of Anita Wolge-
muth, 345 S. Market St.,
Mcunt Joy, (Florin area).
The next club meeting
will be held March 3rd at
Hostetter’s. Thomas Clegg,
Director of North Central PA
Area Health Education Sy-
stem, will speak and Mrs.
Milton Eberly will show and
tell, with Heritage Dolls.
Rebert Bothwell, tenor,
from Messiah College will
sing.
