Musser The ladies fellowship of the Congregational Bible Church in Marietta are starting a Storytime on Tuesday, February 3, at the church. Pre-school children from Marietta and neigh- boring communities are invited to attend. Storytime will be held weekly on Tuesday morn- ings from 10:30 to 11:00 in the church nursery. The program is designed espec- ially for three, four, and five year old children. In addi- tion to reading stories, volunteers from the church will be teaching songs and games, and directing crafts. Mothers are welcome to stay or children may be picked up afterwards. It is hoped that, by attending Storytime, the children will learn te enjoy books and being read to. These twe factors will have an early influence in the development of good read- ers. On Feb. 8th at 7 p.m., a ‘‘Request Hymnsing’’ is scheduled at which time members and friends will come together to sing their favorite hymns and choruses. On Feb. 15th, alse at 7 p.m., the Elizabethtown College Repertory Company will present ‘‘The Murder of Lidice’’ in the sanctuary as a part of Brotherhood Sunday. Sunday evening, Feb. 22nd, there will be a special *‘George Washington Ser- vice’ in honor of the birth- day of the Father of our Country, at 7 p.m. The Youth of the con- gregation will held a square dance in the Fellowship Hall on the 29th.
