Attending were: Robert

Dens 1, 2, and 3 went to
the Franklin and Marshall
College Plantarium to see
the show, ‘‘Many Moons,”
under the leadership of
Billie Ann Oxford, Shirley
Good, and Evelyn Duke.

Hiram Mayers of May-
town celebrated his 70th
birthday on January 20th.
On the same day his
neighbor, Jonathan Swab,
celebrated his 11th birth-
day. We don’t know what
the Birthday Fairy brought
Hiram, but we heard that it
brought Jonathan a calcula-
tor.
Family & Children’s Service marks 10th year
old principles and new
patterns of living, will be
presented.
After the play, Rev.
Kenneth A. Estep, pastor of
Emmanuel Baptist Church
and a member of the Ad-
visory Committee, will lead
the audience in a brief
discussion of the signifi-
cance of what the actors
were saying.
Mrs. Emily Mast and
William G. Leino, F&CS
staff members assigned to
the branch office two days a
week, briefly will explain
their work and how they can
be of further service ir the
community.
The branch office, which
is located on the second
floor of the Commonwealth
National Bank building,
South Market Street, Eliza-
bethtown, is open on Tues-
day and Thursday of each
week.
Family-oriented counsel-
ing is available to discuss
problems in personality
adjustments, marital rela-
tions, parent-child relations,
child care and development,
social deprivation and situa-
tional stress on an informal
basis.
In addition to counseling,
the agency also provides an
adoption service, a consult-
ation service to other organ-
izations, family life educa-
tion (of which the play for
living is a good example),
student field-placement
training, and a community
betterment service, the lat-
ter invelving community
planning and development
and family advocacy.
