Brandy," with reference to its composition and
char/tete; being the same as that' prodhced in
past ears. A sample taken from, ten casks
afforded the same results with regard to puri
ty ; a Blightlfincreased amount Of the' princi
pie on, which its flavor depends was determin
ed by comparison with former samples.
Theindications of analysis show that this
Brandy is produced by, the same process as
most of the imported Brandy.
