Some say their's the only brand that will

Now, try a little of them all—see which you

Three years have passed away since I first

Never have I in your paper advertised before ;
Nor would I now, or ever consent to publish

A trade like this Ido not wish ; the orders I

WHAT EVERYBODY KNOWS, viz :
That Iron well galvanized will not rust;

That the Putnam Wringer, with or without

That cog-wheel regulators are not essential.;
That the Putnam Wringer has all the' rid
vantages, and not one of the disadvantages
above named ;
That all who have tested it, pronounce it
the best Wringer ever made;
That it will wring anything, from a thread

We might fill the paper with testimonials,

Putnam's Wringer.
Test it thoroughly with any and ALL others,

Although not Cinposedln favor or recommend
Patent Medicines in general, through hiudst
of their ingredients, and effects I yet know
of no sulfici tut reason why a man may nouns
tify to, the benefits lie believeshimself to have
received from any: simple preparation, in the
IMPe that he may thuS contribute to the bene
fit of others.
I do this more readily in regard to flooflanl'e
German Bitters, prepared by Dr. C. M. jackla
because I was prejudiced against them for a
number of years, - under the impression Ito:
they were chiefly au , alctibblic mixture. I all:
indebted to my friend Roh't Shoemaker, esq.,
for the removal of this prejudice by propel
tests, and for encouragement to try them, when
snifering - from great and long,debidity. The
use of three bottles of these bitters, at the be
ginning of the present year, was' followed
evident relief, and restoration to a degree of
bodily and mental vigor which I had not felt
;.for six months before,
and had almost dispiar
ied of regaining. I therefore thank God slid
I my friend tor 4lireetink me to the use of them.

We call the attention- of all having relation
or friends in the army to the fact that "Hum ,

reds of lives might be saved' that otherwise
would be lost.
The proprietors .re daily receiving thankful
letters from sufferers in the army and honpi
