NOT A FEW r
Of the worst disorders that afflict mankind
arise from the corruption that accumulates in
the Blood. Of all the discoveries that have
been made to purge it out, none can equal in
effect
HELMBOLD'S
Compound Ex:tract of Sarsapcirrilla
It cleanses and renovates the Blood, instills
the vigor of HEALTH into the system,
and purges out the humors which make dis
ease. It stimulates the healthy functions of
the body, and expels the disorders that grow
and rankle in the Blood. Such a remedy,
that could be relied on, has long been sought
for, and new, for the first time, the public
have one "on which they can depend. Our
space here does not admit of certificates to
show its effects, but the trial of a single hot:
tie will show,to the sick- that it has virtues
surpassing anything they have ever taken.
Two tablespoonsful of the Extract of Sarea
panlla, added to a pint of wafer, is equal to
the Lisbon Diet Drink, and one bottle is equal
to a gallon of the Syrup of Sarsaparilla, or
the decoction as usually made. •
The above extracts are prepared on purely
scientific principles—in Vacuo—and embody
the full strength of the ingredients entering in
to their composition. A ready andconclusive
teat will be a comparison of their properties
with Woo set forth in the U. S.,Dispensisto-
HOW TO USE THE REMEDIES

Ninety-One Acres of Land, in fee simple, sit
uated on the, eastern bank of Big Sandy Creek,
and on either side of Stony Run, which flows
through the middle of it, in French . Creek
township ; Veitango county. It presents a
large proportion of boring ground, amounting
to at least sixty acres.
Part of the land is covered with fine oak
timber, well calculated for the manufacture of
coal oil barrels, this alone is of great value in
that locality where thousands of barrels are
wanted daily to hold the rich products of sur
rounding wells.
Itis evident also that large deposits of bitu
minous coal exist in the elevated portions of
t is tract ; they are, however, undeveloped.
Within one mile east and west coal mines are
worked on an extensive scale.
