She bad butchered that day, rentfered the lard and placed it outside of the door to cool. DEATH OF AN ESTIMABLE MAN.— On Monday moring, 7th lost, Mr. D. M. Trifle died at the reei4epce of his father in the Lei tersburg District, aged 29 years. Mr. T. was for several years engaged in the mercantile business of this town, but on account of fail health he disposed of his stern a few months ago, and retired from,business.
