I/rough of 'Waynesboro' and it is hereby enac
ted by the aathotity of the same, That from and
after the 13th (lax of December, A. P., 1864, from
the curb inward, one-half of the width of every
pavement along the streets of said Borough (ex
cept those along Main street, already provided for)
shall be kept open and unobstructed. And any
person or persons who by placing any matter or
thing on said space to be kept clear and unobstruc
ted, or-by carrying on any business whatsoever,
thereon; or Who in any way or manner shall im
pede the free and proper use thereof, shall upon
conviction, forfeit and pay for the, use of said 80.
