As Appeal to PestrOnt.—We have' sOVeral
hundred dollars to pay oUthe tifikt of April,
and as the time is near at hand we appeal
to those of out patrons in arrears tbr sub
setiption,jobbing or advertising, te-call and
cash their accounts. The enormous increase
in the price of paper, ink, etc. compells us
to urge prompt payments. Without a com
pliance with this request generally it will be
impossible for us to pay current office ex
pellees. ,There are very few country papers
bat what have either increased the price of

subscription or decreased the si o of their
sheets owing to the rise in pap ,-and unless
