Common Pleas No. 6 for th County of
Philadelphia, the undersigned, Receiv
er of tne Maws-UkAnna Company will

LaAnna, in the Township of Greene,
County of Pike and State of Pennsyl

a two-story frame manufacturing plant
60 x 130 feet, first story 8 feet high, sec

The building is equipped with electric

boiler, 4 X 18 feet, with a self-feeding
oven, la also installed In a separate
building 20x80 feet.

iate operation, and Is located where a
supply of timber suitable for its nur
poses is easily accessible. The products
of this plaut are well and favorably
kuown on the market and orders for
its product are being constantly re
ceived. There will also be offered for sals at

ling bouse, with wide porch or veranda
around portion of same and porte-ooch
re attached, the roofs whereof are
supported by massive, handsome stone
columns. Also a large frame or wood
en barn or stable and carriage house,
and a one story wooden building used
or intended for use as an engine house,
together with other outbuildings; these
Improvements are upon that portion of
the land conveyed by said Albert B.
Dingman et ux., to said Isaac Eckert,
as aforesaid. Also a comfortable dwel
ling bouse of frame or wood, two stor
ies in height, with outbuildings adjac
ent thereto, and located upon that por
tion of said land which Charles H.
Hagert etux., conveyed to said Isaac
Eckert, as aforesaid, and formerly was
occupied by said Hagert as a residence.
The whole property is under cultiva
tion, laid out with ornamental trees
and with small fruits. All modern Im
provements In and about the buildings
and fitted up for electric lighting, with
bath and closets.
The whole property delightfully flt
uated near the public highway leading
from Milford to Ktroudsburg, all of
which structure and Improvements
upon said land erected and the grounds
