Our fence club has lately been
discussing the article, which seems
to have been inspired at Harris
burg, relating to nominating nnd
lecting constables who would see
that the game laws are enforced. It
was agreed that the law wnsn detri
ment, to our interests for several
reasons. Leguminous crops are
greatlv injured by the protected
rabbits.
The 110 license keeps out hunters
who would tiring nnd spend consid
erable money with farmers. Ask
ing thnt complaints for infractions
of the law bo sent to Hiirrtsburg on
the quiet breeds a sneaking way of
doing business. It the birds are
well protected as they should be
they are of great benefit to tarniers.
Good supervisors are more neces
sary to our general prosperity than
alert constables. Unless a man
knows how to buihl roads nnd hon
ostly expends the tax he should not
be elected to the office. It might be
a go id plan to have a department in
our state college to teach road mak
ing and then compel all candidates
for supervisors to pass an el unina
tion on the subject.

A Danger Signal.
You have got a cough and you
don't worry. Don't you know
oough is, something terrible. It
lends to consumption and consump
tion is killing thousands. Better
cure that cough, better cure it quick
ly. Get a 25 cent bottle of Mexican
Cough Syrup. No other remedy so
nice to take.
Something Qood.
So many go to their druggists and
merely ask for "something good"
for A cough or cold Now if tho
druggist has several remedies he
certainly will sell the one that does
not cost much. When you go to a
drug store better know what yon
want. Ask for Mexican Cough
Syrup if you want the nicest and
quickest cough cure twenty-five
cents will buy. Take no other.
Nauseating Medicine.
It is crnel to give your children
medicine that tastes nasty to cure
them of a cough or cold. A pleas
ant and effective remedy for sore
throat, weak lungs bronchial affec
turns and coughing spells is Mexican

get thnt it only costs 25 cents.
Better Health.

of Mexican Root Pills, simply be
causa they cleanse the system of
sickening and effete matter so thor
oughly and completely. It is a sin
to remain constipated when Mexi
can Root Pills only cor.t 23 cents a
