Miss Mary Elizabeth Kanonse died at ttie home of her brother-in- law, Gabriel Buetner, in Boemerville N. J., Saturday, March 30, aged about 75 years. She was a daughter of Rev. Peter Kanouse who lor a number of years was pastor of the church there; She was well known in musical circles throughout Sussex and Oraugo counties having been all her life a teacher. The Middletnwn Press pays her the following tribute. "Those who remember her will recall that she was exceedingly bright and witty.
