They will begin their three- year terms in October. Flack is president of Diamond Manufacturing Co. of Wyoming and Michigan City, Ind., a pro- ducer of perforated metals, and Exeter Architectural Products of Wyoming, which manufactures hurricane barrier screens, secu- rity screens and security doors for municipal, government, pub- lic housing, commercial, institu- tional and educational markets. A 1977 graduate of Wyoming Seminary, he earned a bache- lor’s degree from New England College in 1981. His business and community involvement in- cludes serving as a board mem- ber of Diamond Consolidated Industries, Exeter Architectural Products, Eastern Insurance Group, M&T Bank NEPA Ad- visory Board, the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Busi- ness and Industry, North Moun- tain Club, the Wyoming Com- memorative Association and the Westmoreland Club where he serves as vice-president.
