A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held recently to open Slocum Estates, the Back Mountain's new-
est development. Slocum Estates is located on Green Road in a wooded setting, just minutes from
Route 309. Participants in the ribbon cutting included state and local dignitaries, the local Cham-
