Mother Nature was not very cooperative and students
from Dallas High School ended up washing cars in a tor-
rental downpour on September 28. But, the community
was supportive and the students, who charged $4 for a car
wash, raised money for their annual Lock-In, a fully-chap-
eroned, alcohol and drug-free party which runs all night
