System's School of Nuclear Medi-
cine Technology is accepting ap-
plications for its next class, sched-
uled to begin in autumn, 2001.
The School of Nuclear Medi-
cine Technology is a one-year,
hospital-based program that pre-
pares students both clinically and
theoretically for a career in the
field. j
Applicants must have com-
pleted high school or the equiva-
lent, and meet either of the follow-
ing requirements: prior experi-
ence in a clinically-related allied
health profession; with a mini-
mum of two years’ education in
an accredited educational pro-
gram, plus satisfying the neces-
sary prerequisities and entrance
details; or abachelor's degree with
credits in the following courses:
anatomy and physiology, phys-
ics, mathematics, oral and writ-
ten communications, and general
chemistry.

Noxen-Monroe Sportsmans’ Club meeting
. The monthly meeting of the Noxen-Monroe Sportsmans’ Club will be
held on Jan.21 at 2 p.m. at the club's hall on Market St. in Noxen.
Bowman's Creek Watershed Ass'n meeting
The Bowman's Creek Watershed Association will hold its monthly
meeting on Jan. 21 at 4 p.m. at the Noxen-Monroe Sportsmans’ Club
on Market St. in Noxen. The Bowman's Creek Watershed covers the
following municipalities: the towmships of Fairmount, Ross, Lake,
Dallas, Franklin, and Harveys Lake Borough in Luzerne County; and
the townships of Noxen, Monroe, Eaton, Forkston, North Moreland and
Mehoopany in Wyoming County. Residents of these municipalities and
any other person interested in improving the water quality of Bowman's
Creek is invited to attend this meeting.
Cross Creek Church presents 'Left Behind’
Cross Creek Community Church is starting a new message series at
10:30 a.m. on Sundays in January, entitled ~Left Behind," which will
provide a Biblical-based look at the future. The series, presented by
pastor Dave Martin, will correspond with the bestselling "Left Behind"
books by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins. There will be a video
presentation followed by a question and discussion session on Sunday
evenings at 6 p.m. The Cross Creek Church is located at 370 Carverton
