He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in Naples and Foggia. He was a prison of war and was deco- rated with the Good Conduct Medal, the European Theater Ser- vice Medal with one bronze star and the Victory Medal. Before he retired, he was em- ployed as a lineman for Jersey Central Power and Light Co., New- ton, NJ. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, Edwardsville. He was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 283, Kingston, and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union. He and his wife, the former Elizabeth Fedrow, celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary in May. He was preceded in death by brothers, Peter, Paul, John and Michael Wozniak.
