Freshman Matt Jackson totaled 120 yards on ten carries and ran it in on the next two possessions from the one and nine yard lines to put the Mountain- eers up 49-0 at the half. Liberaski knocks it within 2' 2" ~The State Correctional Institution at Dallas’ Employees Welfare Association recently held a Closest To The Pin Contest. The winner was C.O. Pat Liberaski, I-Block, with a winning distance of 2'2". Second closest was Nick Bidding, records office specialist, at 2'10". Liberaski won a cash prize and Bidding won a free round of golf at Farley's Sweet Valley Golf Course. This particular callled me toan anxious lady who was having her roof repaired. She told me that one of the roofers walked up be- hind the skunk and placed a large bucket over it so it wouldn't es- cape. | asked her about the skunk's behaviour before I ar- rived. She told me it had come from a ripped open garbage bag across the street and that it had a staggering gait. Lifting up the bucket while praying and holding my breath, I observed .a sick looking skunk, which I promptly dispatched and placed in a trash bag for removal. When we checked the open garbage bag for more skunks found a very large wine bottle with some wine left in it. The lady said “I guess this brings meaning to the phrase drunk as a skunk."
