CHARLES BALUTIS
Charles A. Balutis, 42, of RD 7,
Wellsboro, a former resident of
Dallas, died Feb. 15, 1996, at
home.
Born June 2, 1953, in Wilkes-
Barre, he was the son of the late
Thomas V. and Ann Marie Winner
Balutis.
He was a graduate of Central
Catholic High School, Kingston,
class of 1971, and received an
associate degree in highway engi-
neering from the Penn State Uni-
versity Wilkes-Barre Campus in

13, 1996 at the Leader Nursing
Center, Kingston.
Born Aug. 10, 1916, in
Larksville, she was the daughter
of the late John and Apolonia
Mihalek Pick.
She resided in Shavertown for
more than 10 years.
She was a graduate of Larksville
High School and was a member of
St. Mary's Nativity Church, Ply-
mouth. She was also a member of
