Hodgson of Claude Street, Dallas, died Jan. 16, 1995 in the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes- Barre. Born in Plymouth, he was the son of the late Emmanuel and Charlotte Ward Hodgson. He attended Plymouth Schools and had lived in Dallas and Trucksville, Kingston Township for the past 31 years. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a truck driver by the Kingston Township Road Depart- ment. He was a member of Gate of Heaven Church, where he served as an usher. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in the Pa- cific theater, and received the Purple Heart. He was a member of the An- thracite Post 283 Veterans of Foreign Wars in Kingston and the Disabled American Veterans. Surviving are his wife, the for- mer Mary Kapuscinski; daugh- ter, Diane Wojciechowski, Dallas; two grandsons. Funeral will be at 9 a.m. Thurs- day from the Richard H.
