He is Joseph Bulford of Trucksville who operated the hand press upon which No. 1, Vo. 1 of The Dallas Post was printed in 1889. Mr. Bulford was about 14 years old when he helped print the first Dallas Post. Center Hill Road, which div- ides Dallas Borough and Dallas Township has been the center of controversy since it was born at the end of the bloody Yankee- Pennamite War.
