Joseph Roche, 792 Miller Street, Luzerne, was traveling south on Manor Drive when he lost control of his vehicle while rounding a curve. & Miller’s 1977 Chevy slid on the rocky portion of the berm and skidded sideways for 65/ feet through a landscape while | knocking over a tree.
