with the Federal Communica-
tions Commission for authority
to construct and operate a new
FM radio station at Dallas,
Pennsylvania. The partners of
Mountain Badcusting, a Sen
eral partnership, are Ronald E.
Schacht and Denise A. Schact.
The Class A radio station will
operate on 93.7 mHz with an
effective radiated power of .950
kilowatts. Its transmitter will be
located at North Latitude: 41
degrees 15’ 23" and West Lon-
Gude: 75 degrees 58' 10", in
lymouth Township, Pennsyl-
vania. The height of its antenna
will be 310 feet above ground.
Its studios will be located within
the city limits of Dallas. A copy
of the application of Mountain
Broadcasting is available for
ublic inshostion during regular
usiness hours at 10 Main St.,
