AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
KINGSTON TOWNSIP ENACTED
JANUARY, 1974.
WHEREAS, it is desired to
amend the Zoning Ordinance of
Kingston Township enacted Jan-
uary, 1974, in order to confirm
the action of the Board of
Supervisors of Kingston Town-
ship in which the below-
described premises were
changed from an R-2 Zone
district to a B-2 Zone district.
NO THEREFORE, the
Board of Supervisors of Kingston
Township does hereby enact
and ordain the following ordi-
nance pursuant to its full and
complete powers of local self-
overnment as is or may be in
the future possible under the
Constitution and laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
and the Home Rule Charter of
the Township of Kingston, which
is cited as ‘The Second Class
Township Code'’, as prepared in
accordance with the Home Rule
Charter and Optional Plans Law,
Act 62 of 1972 of the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania, effective
January 1st, 1976; and, in addi-
tion, to those powers vested in
the Township of Kingston, a
Home Rule entity, not denied to
it by said Constitution, and Laws
of Pennsylvania and by its
Charter, and, further, pursuant
to Article IX of the Zoning
Ordinance of Kingston Town-
She.
ECTION 1: The Official
Zoning Map of the Township of
Kingston is hereby amended to
change the below described
premises from an R-2 Zone
District to a B-2 Zone District.
SECTION 2: The premises
hereby changed from an R-2
Zone District to a B-2 Zone
District are described more fully
in Schedule *‘A'', which is
attached hereto, made part
hereof, and incorporated herein
by specific reference made ther-

SECTION 3: The premises
described in Schedule “A’ are
depicted in a certain map pre-
